Product Manager
Key Roles:
- Product strategy planning and development management - User requirements organization and specification design, collaboration with engineers/designers - Functionalization and priority management of requests related to education, government, and corporate collaboration
Employment conditions:
- 3+ years of product management experience (SaaS/education preferred)
- Basic understanding of UX/UI design - Practical experience in Scrum or Agile development - Strong interest in the education or EdTech field
Full Stack Engineer
Key Roles:
- Development of features such as learning record posting, parental control, portfolio generation, etc. - Front-end (React, Vue, etc.) / back-end (Node.js, Python, etc.) development and implementation - Deployment and operation design in cloud environments such as Firebase / AWS / GCP
Employment conditions:
- Practical experience in modern web application development (3+ years)
- Experience with Firebase, Firestore, Cloud Functions, and CI/CD is preferred - API design/database design skills - Consideration for security/accessibility
Education Partnership Manager
Key Roles:
- Promoting collaboration with private schools, international schools, and local governments - Supporting schools in implementing the system, providing interviews, and promoting its use - Public relations collaboration and event coordination with partner companies
Employment conditions:
- Experience negotiating with educational institutions (schools, cram schools, educational NPOs, etc.) - Strong communication and presentation skills - Understanding and empathy for EdTech and global education - Ability to communicate in English is a plus (TOEIC score of 800 or above)

Working conditions
Working hours : 10:00-18:00, maximum 7 hours Working location: Full remote or office work (Tokyo)
Employment type: Contract work / Part-time work (high school students welcome)
Remuneration: Negotiable depending on experience and skills Other: Side jobs allowed, balancing work with childcare and studies welcome
