レッドボックスジャパンは、生理の貧困問題に取り組む国際的な支援活動「The Red Box Project(レッドボックスプロジェクト)」の各国の取り組みを紹介する新企画 「世界の赤い箱」 を開始いたします。
「世界の赤い箱」について
レッドボックスプロジェクトは、2017年にイギリス・ポーツマスで誕生し、学校や地域のコミュニティに無料の生理用品を提供する活動として広がりました。現在、世界各国で生理の貧困解決に向けた取り組みが進められています。
「世界の赤い箱」は、レッドボックスプロジェクトが展開されている各国の活動をピックアップし、それぞれの地域でどのように生理の貧困と向き合い、支援を行っているのかを発信する企画です。
各国の事例を知ることで、日本国内の生理をはじめとする女性の社会課題解決にも活かせるヒントを発信し、より多くの方々にこの問題への関心を持っていただくことを目指します。

Red Box Japan is launching a new initiative, "Sekai no Akai Hako" (The Red Box Around the World), to introduce the efforts of The Red Box Project, an international support initiative tackling period poverty worldwide.
About "Sekai no Akai Hako"
The Red Box Project was founded in Portsmouth, UK, in 2017 and has since expanded as an initiative that provides free sanitary products to schools and local communities. Today, efforts to combat period poverty continue across various countries worldwide.
"Sekai no Akai Hako" will highlight the initiatives of The Red Box Project in different countries, showcasing how each region is addressing period poverty and supporting those in need.
By sharing these global case studies, we aim to provide insights that can be applied to solving women's social issues in Japan, including period poverty, and to raise awareness of this important issue among a wider audience.
