We are now recruiting online participants for the lecture "Let's learn about the future of Femcare!", which will be held on Saturday, October 9th for players belonging to Matsumoto Yamaga FC Ladies U-15.

Femcare is a term that combines the words "feminine" and "care," and refers to products and services that care for women's bodies and health.

This time, we will be using the video chat app ZOOM to broadcast a lecture from REDBOX JAPAN to Matsumoto Yamaga FC Ladies U-15 about the basics of menstruation, how to care for your body, and how to use sanitary products, to help adolescent students live their school life with peace of mind and participate in club activities, as well as to help alleviate some of the anxiety of adolescent girls, as menstruation is a topic that many women face regularly and are familiar with.

We hope that this course will encourage adolescent children and female athletes to take better care of their bodies and provide coaches with hints for their daily coaching.

We look forward to seeing many of you there.
