Wakamoto Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (Head office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo, hereinafter referred to as Wakamoto Pharmaceutical) will release "Femiflora N," a lactic acid bacteria supplement for women's delicate areas, on Monday, April 3, 2023. Wakamoto Pharmaceutical has donated 250,000 yen, a portion of the sales, to Red Box Japan (Minato-ku, Tokyo, Representative: Shiori Oguma, hereinafter referred to as Red Box Japan), a charity organization originating in the UK.

The development of Wakamoto Pharmaceutical's first femcare product, "Femiflora N," began with a request from a female employee who said, "We want to create a product that is tailored to women who have problems they cannot talk about with others."

The Femiflora Project, which has been working under the slogan of "making women more free and more positive," launched "Femiflora N," a supplement for women to care for their delicate areas, on Monday, April 3rd.

This donation was made possible through a crowdfunding campaign conducted by Wakamoto Pharmaceutical from February 17th to March 17th, with the hope that people would feel closer to Femcare and that even first-time users would feel comfortable using it.
