The beauty hair removal salon Musee Platinum donated 1 million yen raised through a donation campaign held at the women's health care online event "GIRL'S HEALTH ACTION 2022" to Red Box Japan (Minato-ku, Tokyo, Representative: Oguma Shiorina, hereinafter referred to as "Red Box Japan"), a charity organization originating in the UK.
"Because Musee is supported by many women and continues to walk alongside them, we want to support women in living a happy life every day." With this in mind, Musee Platinum is continually working on organizing healthcare awareness events and donation activities, focusing on diseases specific to women, such as breast cancer, cervical cancer, and menstruation.
This donation comes as Musee Platinum carried out various donation activities in conjunction with Pink Ribbon Month in October and Cervical Cancer Awareness Month in November, as well as hosting the online healthcare event "GIRL'S HEALTH ACTION 2022," where people could learn correct information about breast cancer, cervical cancer, and menstruation in a fun way.
- By taking the healthcare quiz, each participant donated 50 yen, totaling 1 million yen, to Red Box Japan.
As part of the event, the "GIRL'S HEALTH ACTION 2022" special website featured a healthcare quiz where participants could participate in a donation drive. 29,315 people participated in the healthcare quiz. The 1 million yen raised through the donation drive will be donated to activities supporting students in need of sanitary products through Red Box Japan.
